This is a very thick curve hugging tight dress that is almost tight enough and see-through enough to notice the garters and stockings when dry, but when you get it wet, it steals all privacy and secrets! I love getting this dress wet and it is even more exciting that I rarely wear it and mostly to charity events. I need 20 more like it lol!

Though it is a good "teaser" scene, it is a fully-clothed wetlook lovers dream! There are a ton of closeups while sitting on the railing and pulling back the hemline, over a tight pair of breasts, and from behind where you can clearly see the many suspenders on the garter belt through the drenched dress. This is one of those remarkable dresses that you see a woman wearing in public and think to yourself, "get it wet!" Please lol!
